CHALLAH BREAD

Challah bread (pronounced hall-ah in English) is a soft, slightly sweet, braided bread with a golden crust. Traditionally enjoyed for Jewish holidays, but perfect for any occasion. It's great for tearing apart at the table, making decadent French toast, or simply savoring with butter and honey. Available in large loaves or small rounds.
SOURDOUGH BREAD

100% WHOLE WHEAT SOURDOUGH

Now offering 100% whole wheat sourdough! All my sourdough bread is naturally fermented for at least 24 hours to help with digestion and nutrient absorption. Organic whole wheat is fresh-milled in my home and added to every loaf, producing a hearty bread with more flavor and more nutrients.
Slightly tangy with a rustic crust and a soft, chewy interior, these pre-sliced loaves are perfect for avocado toast or grilled cheese sandwiches. For a little sweet treat, try it my favorite way - toasted and slathered with butter and jam or honey!
Ingredients: organic flour, water, olive oil, salt
100% WHOLE WHEAT LOAF

For those who would rather not have sourdough but something a bit sweeter, I also bake loaves made from 100% organic fresh-milled whole wheat berries and a bit of honey. These whole wheat loaves are soft and fluffy with a hint of sweetness!

Scones go perfect with tea or coffee! And remember, man does not live by bread alone, so why not add some scones?
Light and tender, these scones strike the perfect balance—not too sweet, not too dry, somewhere between a biscuit and a muffin.

Craisin White Chocolate Chip – A family favorite! Tart craisins pair perfectly with creamy white chocolate for a delightful balance of flavors.

Chocolate Chip – Rich, nutty, and indulgent! Semi-sweet chocolate chips make these scones sweet and delicious. Add pecans to the mix if you love nuts!

Maple Pecan – Cozy and comforting! The deep, sweet flavor of maple syrup combined with crunchy pecans creates a warm and satisfying treat.
Plus, all my regular scones are egg-free, making them a great choice for various diets!

FUDGY BROWNIES

These brownies are fudgy and indulgent! And they are made with almond flour, which has more protein and less carbs than regular all-purpose flour used in traditional brownies. Bonus!
SPECIALTY SCONES

Made with King Arthur's Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour, these scones come in the same flavors as my regular scones.
*Treats made with Gluten-Free flours are not 100% gluten-free since they are made in a kitchen where wheat flour is used. People allergic to gluten or wheat should not consume items from The Covered Baker.
